The Suites include unlimited internet, telephone service, 24 hour access, cleaning
service included twice a week, utilities, secure front door, use of the lobby, use of
the conference room for 2 hours a week and $30 per hour thereafter. You can also
rent the conference room by the month – $250 entitles 8 hours and $30 per hour
after the 8 time allotment is used by the tenant. We of course can offer businesses
a mailing address, accounting services and secretarial services should they
require, at additional cost. We are flexible and anyone who enters our building is
greeted in a very nice friendly manner. There is a refrigerator and coffee area on
the second floor for the tenants convenience. The phone system also has auto
answer and a forwarding option .On site management.
